I'd totally rock a G Wagen. Like, That clicking noise when you open the doors feels so badass. If you've ever opened a door on one of these, You'll know exactly what I'm talking about. It feels solid. Just that brought a smile to my face.

They get a lot of negativity for bad handling and never going offroad. It's the only current Benz I would drive though.

I think most Jalops will agree with you that the G-Wagen is worthy of rocking, but most of us I think have a problem with those AMG tuned versions with low exhaust, slick summer tires and an interior you wouldn't want to spill anything in.

I've ridden in the new AMG thanks to my friendly neighbor at Autoblog and damn was that thing a hoot. I don't get why the truck yea guy hates it. Its a fast as hell, fancy wrangler …. I LOVE THAT.

The V8 ones are still hanging at $25,000. Even for the older models. It's pretty cool that Mercedes hasn't tried to update them on the exterior though.

I was up there last Saturday. They've got one there, It's pretty damn awesome. Didn't get much attention though .

As a big fan of inline sixes my choice would be 280 GE. And not any fancy body colored bumpers please. I would demand mine in poverty spec. And as it's a vehicle from the 70's it should be forest green or light brown.

I remember last year they had an AMG, but it was on a pedestal thing and no one could get to it. I went on a Saturday last year and it was crazy! Planning to go this Friday instead.
